Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is damaged.
• You receive the wrong item.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used or washed products
• Products damaged by improper use
• Items without original packaging or tags

Refunds

After the returned product is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.
